In addition to diocesan priests, there are many religious communities (also sometimes referred to as "orders" or "the consecrated life") comprised of sisters, brothers, and priests--working throughout our diocese.  They are active in a great variety of ministries and make a real difference through everything from hospital administration and social outreach to typical parish ministry.
